Favorite healthy lifestyle technique: nourishing my inner biom, whether that is supplements, BTL to break down fat and improve lymph drainage, coaching, or my happy pellets that encourage that balance in my system, I cannot choose just one.
Favorite thing about HLM: I have never worked anywhere where I felt so supported, and valued. I feel that I am at “home” all the beliefs I have regarding integrative medicine are flourishing here and I love it!
Fun fact: I used to be the CEO of a Credit Union, and I have been lead female vocalist in several bands, covering several different genres
