What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Check, Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, Care Credit
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we offer a variety of services on a cash-pay basis to ensure transparency and no surprise bills.
If you have a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), many of our services may be eligible for reimbursement. Please check with your provider for details.

Call our office to discuss which direction you should be headed in.
How much do you charge for an initial consultation?
Our nurse practitioner, Kelly Gebauer, will bill any insurance. It is up to the health participant to make sure we are in network with their provider. Our BTL consultations are free of charge.
Do you offer discounts or savings throughout the year?
Yes. We have specials that change monthly.
Am I able to request a specific provider?
We are not currently taking on new patients-stay tuned!
How does your membership program work?

No. All of our events are open to the public.
